Account Violations (Hard Breach)
A hard breach is a serious rule violation that results in immediate account closure. This applies during both evaluation and funded phases.
Daily Drawdown Limit — 7.5%
Measured at the end of each trading day (EOD) against the higher of your account balance or equity.
Your account equity cannot fall more than 7.5% from that reference point during the next trading day.
Example 1 — Higher Equity
If your balance is $50,500 and your equity is $51,000, your daily limit is based on $51,000.
7.5% of $50,000 = $3,750, so equity cannot drop below $47,250 that day.
Example 2 — Higher Balance
If your balance is $50,000 and your equity is $49,500, your daily limit is based on $50,000.
Equity cannot drop below $46,250 that day.
Maximum Drawdown Limit — 15%
The total account equity or balance cannot go below 15% of the initial account size.
Breaching this results in immediate account closure.
Example:
For a $50,000 account, you cannot let your equity/balance drop below $42,500.
Additional Details:
All closed trade P/L, swaps, and commissions count toward drawdown calculations.
Daily drawdown resets at EOD.
