Account Violations (Hard Breach)
A hard breach is a rule violation that results in immediate account closure. This applies during both evaluation phases and the funded stage.
Daily Drawdown Limit — 5% (Evaluation)
Measured at the end of each trading day (EOD) against the higher of your account balance or equity.
Your equity cannot drop more than 5% from that reference point the next day.
Example 1 — Higher Equity:
If your balance is $100,500 and equity is $102,000, your daily limit is based on $102,000.
5% of $100,000 = $5,000, so equity cannot drop below $97,000 the following day.
Example 2 — Higher Balance:
If your balance is $100,000 and equity is $99,000, the limit is based on $100,000.
Equity cannot drop below $95,000 the next day.
Maximum Drawdown Limit — 10%
Your equity or balance cannot go below 10% of the initial account size.
Example: For a $100,000 account, you cannot drop below $90,000.
Additional Details:
All closed trade P/L, swaps, and commissions count toward drawdown calculations.
Daily drawdown resets at EOD.

Payouts & Rewards
Profit Split: 80% (default) — e.g., $5,000 profit = $4,000 payout.
Payout Cycle: Every 14 days (biweekly).
Add-on Options:
90% Profit Split.
Payout on Demand (first payout in as little as 3 days, if conditions are met).
Pro Tip:
The 2 Step Standard’s lower profit targets per phase make it ideal for steady, consistent traders who prefer a more methodical approach over a single high-target phase.
