What Is the Maximum Position Size Allowed?

The maximum position size you can open at any given time is 2% of your total portfolio value.

Updated over 2 months ago

This limit applies to both evaluation and funded stages and is designed to encourage sound risk management.

How it works

  • Your portfolio value is based on your current account equity.

  • 2% is the maximum size of any single open position β€” you may have multiple positions, as long as each stays within this limit.

Why we have this rule

  • Encourages consistent, controlled trading.

  • Reduces the risk of large drawdowns from a single trade.

  • Keeps trading activity aligned with professional prop trading standards.

Pro Tip:
If you want to scale into a larger trade, build it up gradually while staying within the 2% cap for each open order.
